Biography
UNLIMITED
Jasper Galloway was born in London in 1971.
He studied at Wimbledon School of Art (BA Hons) and NYU Tisch School of Arts (Masters).
Between 2018 and 2020 Jasper lived and worked in a studio in Montparnasse, Paris. Jasper has now moved back to Hampshire. Drawing inspiration from his surroundings, he focuses on geometric shapes, colour, texture and light.
Jasper has exhibited in Paris, Aspen, Miami and London.
Talking of his painting Jasper once said “The place I go to paint - my studio at the end of the garden - is like a time warp. I have no idea how long I spend in there playing with the paints, testing their elasticity, their mutability, or how they clash or compliment in tone.”
